Summary of the Problem.
a. UH--60--99--ASAM--07) imposed a non--destructive inspection (NDI) of the eleven o'clock dampener
bracket attachment bolt hole on the inside surface of the Main Rotor Hub every 100 hours on hubs with over
1,000 flight hours. Subsequent test and analysis revealed that a longer interval between inspections would
not degrade safety or airworthiness. This revision to the ASAM increases the internal between required in-
spection from 100 flight hours to 200 flight hours.
