a. Aircraft in Use. Upon'receipt of this Technical Bulletin ( T B ) the condition status symbol of the cited

aircraft will be changed to a red horizontaldash//-//

The red horizontaldash //-// shall state "Inspect the

No. 2 generator wire IAW TB 1-1520-238-20-103 within the next 10 flight hours but NLT 8 February 2000."

The red horizontaldash //-// may be cleared when the inspection of paragraph 8 below is completed. The

affected aircraft shall be inspected as soon as practical but no later than 8 February

2000. Failure to comply

with the requirements of this TB within the time frame will cause the status symbol to be upgraded to a

red

b. Aircraft in Depot Maintenance. Aircraft will not be issued until compliance with this TB has been

completed.

Aircraft Undergoing Maintenance. Same as P a r a 1.b.

d. Aircraft in Transit.

(1) Surface/Air Shipment. Same as P a r a 1.b.

(2) Ferry Status.

(a)

Inspect at final destination.

( b ) Those aircraft that have a DD 250 and are at Boeing Mesa will be inspected prior to ferry

to final destination.

Maintenance Trainers (Category A,

Others). Comply within 30 days of receipt of this TB.

Component/Parts in Stock Including War Reserves at All Levels (Depot and Others). N/A..
