b. If the aircraft does not have one of the listed tail rotor swashplates or the DA Form 2408-16
does not contain one of the swashplate bearings proceed to paragraph 9c.
Correction Procedures.
a. All AH-64 aircraft that have suspect tail rotor swashplate assemblies and/or swashplate
assemblies with suspect bearings installed are grounded until the swashplate assembly is replaced.
